- What does a plan actually limit?
- One thing only: how many people can take bookings. Solo is one person, Team is up to ten, Large Team is unlimited. Nothing else is metered.
- Is there a limit on bookings, customers or storage?
- No. There are no booking-count caps and no storage caps, on any plan. There never have been.
- What do you charge per booking?
- Nothing. £0 booking fees, ever. Your customers pay through your own Stripe account, so the money is yours and never passes through us.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No — on any plan, base or Pro. Every price on this page is flat and monthly.
- How much is HR?
- £3.50 per person, per month, on every plan — flat, never banded, and unlimited people. Your own record is free and always has full HR.
- How long is the free trial?
- One month, on your first subscription. No card needed to start.
- Can I change plan later?
- Moving up a plan is instant and self-serve in the app. Moving down is a request we action by hand. There’s no contract and no minimum term, and cancelling is self-serve from the Plan page any time.
- Why is Solo only for sole traders?
- Solo allows exactly one bookable diary — the owner’s. The moment a second person takes bookings you need Team. Staff who never take bookings (a bookkeeper, an admin) are still fine on HR at £3.50 each.
- What is the difference between a plan and its Pro version?
- Pro bundles in the hosted website, Home, About and Book, with domain setup confirmed during onboarding, plus an optional page you name yourself, along with Fern, the assistant who answers your visitors’ questions. The website is never sold separately.
- How do payments work for my customers?
- When a session needs a minimum number of people to run, we hold the card instead of charging it, and only charge once you confirm the session is going ahead. If it doesn’t run, nothing was ever taken — so there’s nothing to refund.
