Questions, answered.
We’re not very technical. Is it hard to set up?
No — you sign up and you’re live the same day. Pick a look, connect Stripe, add your first course. If you’d rather we did it with you, book a call and we will.
What if a course doesn’t fill?
Nobody is charged. Cards are only captured when you confirm the course runs. That’s the whole idea.
Can I use it just for bookings and add HR later?
Yes. Start with Bookings; switch on the HR Hub whenever you’re ready.
Is my data safe, and separate from other businesses?
Yes. Payments run through your own Stripe account — we never see or hold card details. Your data lives in a UK-hosted database with strict per-business isolation enforced at the database layer, and it’s always yours to export.
Who is Fern, and what happens if she runs out?
Fern lives on your website (Pro plans) and answers visitors’ questions - prices, opening hours, how booking works - using only the facts you’ve approved. She can’t see your bookings or anyone’s personal data, and she never takes a booking herself. If her weekly allowance runs out she rests politely and points visitors to your contact button; a small top-up (£3) refills her generously, with no expiry and no auto-renewal.
Why I really built Lili Pod
