Use casesAppointments
One client. One practitioner. One slot that’s genuinely free.
Your client picks a service, chooses who they want to see, and takes a time straight out of that person’s diary. Every slot they’re offered is one you can genuinely keep, because it was worked out from real availability and how long that treatment actually takes — and the app calls them appointments and clients throughout, which is what they’re.
Hair and beauty, therapy and counselling, clinics, tutoring, consultants and trades
This is for you if…
- You see one person at a time, for a set length of time.
- Different services take different amounts of the day, and the diary needs to know that.
- Clients have a favourite and want to choose who they see, not just when.
- You would rather people booked themselves in at 10pm than left a voicemail you return between clients.
How people book: Service, then practitioner, then time
The client picks the service, then who they’d like to see, and then a time from that person’s real availability. The slots come from the diary itself and the length that service takes, so they update as the day fills — you set your hours once rather than publishing a list of times you then have to keep correcting.
The words it uses
These aren’t settings you have to configure — they’re simply what the app calls things once you’ve told it what you do. Menus, page titles, dashboard tiles and emails all follow.
- The person seeing them
- Practitioner
- The appointment itself
- Appointment
- The person being seen
- Client

What matters here
It speaks your language
Your staff are practitioners, the people you see are clients, and what fills your day are appointments — in the menus, on the dashboard, in the emails your clients receive. It reads like it was written for a clinic or a salon, because for you it was.
A diary each, and a page they can book from
Every practitioner has their own availability, so a shared salon or clinic never double-sells the same hour. Clients book from your own page, in your own colours, without an account.
Money that lands in your account
Card payments run through your own Stripe, so takings are yours from the moment they clear and we charge nothing per appointment. Deposits and full payment both work; unpaid appointments are fine too if that’s how your trade works.
Which plan you’d be on
A sole practitioner — a therapist, a mobile stylist, a tutor working alone — is Solo. A salon or clinic where more than one person has a diary is Team, up to ten of them; Large Team for anything bigger. Adding an administrator who never takes appointments doesn’t move you up a plan.
HR is a separate, optional add-on at a flat price per person, on every plan, with no cap on how many people you add.
Questions we get asked
- Can clients choose which practitioner they see?
- Yes — the practitioner is a step in the booking flow, and the times offered afterwards come from that person’s own diary.
- Do different services get different lengths?
- Yes. Slots are generated from the service’s duration against real availability, so a long treatment never gets slotted into a short gap.
- Can I take a deposit rather than the full amount?
- Yes, and you can take nothing at all if you’d rather settle in person. Payment is your choice per service.
- Can clients cancel or change an appointment themselves?
- Yes — every confirmation carries a link that lets them cancel without ringing you, and the slot goes back into the diary for somebody else.
