How people book: Places on a date
Each class carries its own dates, each with a number of places. A visitor picks the date that suits them and books the places, naming who is coming — which matters when someone books three spots for themselves and two friends and you need to know who is walking through the door.

What matters here
A first-timer can book in a minute
Someone who found you this morning picks a date, pays, and has their confirmation before they’ve put the phone down — no password to invent, no email to go and verify. They can find or cancel the booking from that same confirmation, and if they come back for a second class you already know them.
Offers that fill the quiet dates
Discounts and offers attach to what you choose — a specific class, a specific date, an early-bird window. The quiet Tuesday can be priced differently from the Saturday that always sells out, without running two versions of the same class.
A page that looks like your studio
Your colours, your typeface, your photographs, on your own booking page. On a Pro plan it becomes a whole website, Home, About and Book, with domain setup confirmed during onboarding, with Fern answering visitors’ questions in the evening, only from facts you’ve given her.
Which plan you’d be on
One teacher running everything is Solo. A studio with several instructors on the timetable is Team. If you want the website as well as the booking page, the Pro version of your size adds it.
HR is a separate, optional add-on at a flat price per person, on every plan, with no cap on how many people you add.
Questions we get asked
- Do I have to re-create a class every time I run it?
- No. A class is written once and carries as many dates as you like. Adding next month’s timetable is adding dates, not re-typing the class.
- Can people book without creating an account?
- Yes. Guest checkout is on by default — they pay, they get a confirmation, and they can manage or cancel their booking from the link in it.
- What do you charge per booking?
- Nothing. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so the money is yours and never passes through us. See the pricing page for the flat monthly plans.
- Can I run a one-off workshop as well as the regular timetable?
- Yes — a one-off is simply a class with a single date. Nothing about it’s a special case.
