GuideStorage & data

Storage & data

Your bookings, files and business details live in a UK-hosted database, kept strictly separate from every other business on Lili Pod.

Where things live

Certificates, invoices, and (if you switch it on) per-client Documents are stored as private files, referenced from your own account — never shown to any other business. Payments never touch our storage at all: card details are handled entirely by your own Stripe account, which keeps its own PCI-compliant systems for that. Lili Pod never sees or holds a card number.

Isolation, by design

Every business’s data is enforced separately at the database layer, not just hidden in the interface — one business can’t read or write another’s rows or files, no matter what URL or request it tries. This is the same isolation model used across bookings, certificates, invoices, and client Documents.

What you control

  • A retention window for client Documents — how many months to keep them, or keep them indefinitely (Documents & clients).
  • An outright, typed-confirmation erase of a client and their documents.
  • Your own Stripe account for payments, and your own live/test keys.

Your data, always yours

It’s always your data, exportable on request — nothing here locks you in. SeeLegal checklist for what that means for you as the data controller for your customers’ information.
