Lily, the assistant
Lily is the assistant built into your Lili Pod account — a chat panel that answers “how do I…” questions and, with your say-so, makes a handful of changes for you.
Lily is the assistant inside your business’s own account — she isn’t the small pre-sales chat you might meet on this marketing site while you’re still deciding whether to sign up. Different assistant, same frog.
What Lily can see
Lily can see your operational day-to-day — bookings, sessions (including which instructor/practitioner or venue each has, and how full they are), courses, revenue and team headcounts — and she reads a grounded product manual to explain how things work.
Lily can’t open your HR document store (contracts, certificates, HR records, sickness details) or client Documents — that information can be sensitive, and stays between you and your team. If you ask about something in there, she points you to where it lives rather than opening it. She keeps to plain English, gives the short answer first, and says “I can’t see that from here” honestly rather than guessing.
What Lily can do
Beyond answering questions, Lily can draft a small number of real changes — but she never makes one on her own:
- Create a course or offering — needs the right permission on your account.
- Change reminder lead-times — how many days before a session, refresher or low-attendee threshold a reminder fires.
- Check appointment availability — a read-only lookup of free slots, for appointment businesses.
The safety rule is absolute: for the first two, Lily only ever drafts a card on screen with its own Confirm and Cancel buttons. Nothing changes until a human clicks Confirm — typing “yes” or “go ahead” in the chat does nothing by design.
The weekly allowance
Lily runs on a weekly pot of “thinking”, shown as a pond’s water level:
- Weekly allowance — Solo 1M · Team 2.5M · Large Team 5M tokens, refilling every Monday morning.
- Free help — everyday how-to answers are free, up to 25 answers per person per day; past that they still come, drawing on the weekly allowance, and Lily says so plainly the first time it happens each day.
- Low on thoughts — when the weekly pot is running low, the pond meter and the assistant panel show a quiet note, and an owner sees a top-up option.
- £3 top-up — an owner can add 1,000,000 tokens for £3 in one click. It never expires, never auto-renews, and is only drawn down after the weekly allowance is spent.
