Getting started
You can be taking real bookings the same day you sign up — there’s no setup fee and nothing to install. Here’s the whole first run, start to finish.
Your first day, step by step
- Create your account. Sign up with your email and you’re in — no software to download, no onboarding call to sit through. Most people are set up and sharing a link inside an hour.
- Tell us what kind of business you run. Pick one of five — training, classes & workshops, tours & activities, appointments, or food & drink. This quietly renames the whole app to match your trade and switches on the right tools, so you only ever see what’s relevant to you. More in Bookings & sessions.
- Choose a look. Your public page comes in three finished designs — Ledger, Shopfront and Studio. You’re picking between rooms we’ve already decorated, so it can’t come out looking wrong. See Your page & hosted websites.
- Make it yours. Add your colour, a logo, a font pairing, a voice and a photo. Every colour auto-adjusts to stay readable, and the page re-dresses instantly as you choose — there’s no way to break it.
- Connect Stripe. Customers pay straight into your own Stripe account — we never hold your money and take no booking fee. Everything runs in test mode until you switch your account to live, so you can have a practice run first.
- Add the first thing people can book. Create your first Course, Class, Service — whatever your trade calls it — with a name, a price and a short description, then a date and time if it has one. Customers book straight into it.
- Share your booking link. That’s it — you’re live. Drop the link in your bio, your emails or a message to a customer. The page works on a phone.
Nothing’s charged while you find your feet. Every plan comes with a 1-month free trial, no card needed — you start it from your dashboard once you’re set up — and payments stay in Stripe’s test mode until you’re ready to go live. See Pricing & plans.
Good to know
- You can change anything later. Your look, colour, voice, prices and details all live in Settings — nothing you pick on day one is permanent.
- Lily can help as you go. The assistant inside your account answers “how do I…” questions and can even draft a few changes for you to confirm. Meet her in Lily, the assistant.
- The words follow your trade. A trainer sees Courses and Sessions; a salon sees Services and Appointments; a café shows a Menu of Dishes. It’s the same tool underneath, just wearing your trade’s language.
