Pricing & plans
Three tiers, priced by how many people run your business — not by which features you get. Each tier comes in a Booking-only plan and a Pro bundle (Booking + your full website).
1 month free, on every plan. Your first month is free on any tier — no card details needed to start, your first subscription only. The app shows you the exact date you’d first be charged, and if you haven’t added a card by then your subscription simply pauses — no surprise charges, ever.
The tiers

Which tools you see is decided by your business kind, not your plan — it shapes what you see across every tier alike: certificates come with the training kind, menus with the food kind, and so on, whichever plan you’re on. Which tier you need is a separate question, and it’s decided by headcount: business kind never lets a two-person business onto a one-person plan.
Solo is for sole traders: one person taking bookings. You can still add admin or HR-only staff at £3.50 each, but only one person can have a bookable diary. The moment a second person takes bookings, you need Team. So a restaurant, a clinic with associates or a salon with two chairs starts at Team, whatever its size on paper.
Staff calendar limits are real and enforced: Solo includes one staff calendar, Team up to ten, Large Team unlimited — you’ll be prompted to upgrade if you try to add more. HR seats are different: £3.50 per person, per month, as many as you need, on every tier.
What every plan includes

- Certificates & compliance tooling, where your business kind uses them.
- Moving up a plan is instant and self-serve. Moving down is a request we action by hand. Cancelling is self-serve from the Plan page any time.
Going Pro
The Pro bundle on any tier adds your whole website — Home, About, Services and Book, with domain setup confirmed during onboarding, for less than buying booking and a website separately would cost. There’s no standalone hosting add-on any more; the website only ever comes bundled inside a Pro plan. See Your page & hosted websites.
Fern, on your website
Every Pro plan comes with Fern - an assistant who sits quietly in the corner of your website and answers your visitors’ questions: prices, opening hours, how booking works, and anything else you’ve told her. She answers only from facts you approve during a short guided interview (every answer optional and editable later), plus your live course or service list and prices - she never invents an answer. She can’t see your bookings, your accounts, or any personal data, and she can’t take a booking herself: for that she points visitors to your Book page, or hands over to a human when a question needs one.
Fern has her own weekly conversation allowance, separate from your own Lily allowance - visitor traffic never eats into the assistant you use to run your business. It resets every Monday morning.

If the week’s allowance is spent before Monday, Fern doesn’t error - she rests politely and points visitors to your contact button instead. If you’d rather she kept going, a top-up is £3 for 1,000,000 tokens: never expires, never auto-renews, always a deliberate purchase you make when you want it.
The HR add-on
Staff records, leave, sickness & TOIL, DBS tracking — a bonus role you switch on for any plan. It bills £3.50 per person, per month — a seat is a person, no banded tiers, no cliffs. Your own record is always free. See HR & people.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the Plan page — it’s self-serve, no call or email needed. Your plan, your hosted website (if you’re on Pro) and any HR seats all keep running until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then stop — nothing is charged again after that. Changed your mind before then? Hit Resume and it carries on as if nothing happened.
